AppVerix Reviews is built by AppVerix. This page is the privacy policy for reviews.appverix.com.

We store reviews you collect, product ids, optional photos and videos in object storage, and request-job metadata. Customer email is read from the order at send time and is not stored. We keep an email hash only to match a later redaction request.

Shopify sends us mandatory compliance webhooks. customers/data_request records which reviews belong to that customer. customers/redact changes the display name to “Customer” and removes customer id. shop/redact deletes the shop’s reviews, media, jobs, and sessions. app/uninstalled deletes sessions and cancels pending emails; shop data waits for shop/redact.

We use Cloudflare Workers, D1, and R2 to host the app. Resend sends review-request emails when you configure an API key. We do not sell review data.
